At Sherry's, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. We understand that sometimes, an item may not fit perfectly or meet your expectations. To make your shopping experience enjoyable and hassle-free, we have established the following exchange policy:
1. Eligibility for Exchange:
- Items must be exchanged within 7 days from the date of receiving for international customer customer it should be return in 10 to 12 days.
- The item must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all exchanges.
2. Exchange Process:
- To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org within the eligible exchange period.
- Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.
- Our customer service representative will guide you through the exchange process.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging along with a copy of the purchase receipt and the RA number clearly marked on the package.
3. Exchange Options:
- You may exchange the item for a different size, color, or style of the same product, subject to availability.
- If the desired item is out of stock, you can choose an alternative product. If the new item has a higher value, you will be required to pay the price difference.
4. Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item for exchange.
5. Inspection and Processing:
- Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the exchange eligibility criteria.
- If the item meets the criteria, we will process the exchange and send the replacement item to you within 2 to 3 business days.
6. Non-Exchangeable Items:
- For hygiene reasons, items such as underwear, swimwear, and accessories (excluding defective items) cannot be exchanged.
7. Defective or Incorrect Items:
- In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance. We will provide instructions for returning the item and arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
8. Sale Items:
- Items marked as "Sale" are not eligible for exchange, return, or refund unless they are found to be defective or not as ordered.
